Choosing the right counselor or life coach is an important part of the process of change. I combine my education, life experiences, compassion, and integrity to assist my clients in making confident and positive life changes, whether through counseling or life coaching. I’m passionate about working with people in a way that facilitates their inward and outward growth and helps them to become the best version of themselves that they can be. My extensive background allows me to uniquely bring forth various resources, knowledge and tools in assisting individuals in a variety of circumstances.

• Board Certified Christian Life Coach through the International Board of Christian Life Coaching
• M.A. in Professional Counseling from Amberton University
• Licensed Professional Counselor since 2004
• B.G.S. from Ohio University
• A.A.S. from Hocking College
• 20+ years in management in a medical research-related field in both the academic and corporate sectors
• 5+ years course development and teaching at the college level
