Q. What forms of payment do you take for my portion?
A. For clients using insurance, you will be given a link to my insurance billing service. There you will input your insurance company name, your member ID, date of birth, and first and last name and you will be provided with an estimate based on your insurance plan. After your insurance reviews the charges, they may adjust the final cost. You will also put a credit card on file for any charges you are responsible for such as co-pays, deductibles, or no-show fees.
For self-pay clients, you will be given a Venmo or Zelle link for your payments.
Payment is expected at the time services are provided.
